If you have ever suffered from insomnia whether that's chronic insomnia or just something that happens every once in a while, you're definitely not alone.
It's estimated that one in every three people will experience insomnia at some point in their lives. Personally, I have struggled with insomnia for as long as I can remember. So I know firsthand how frustrating it is and how detrimental it is not just to your health but to your entire life.
