About this ebook

The primary purpose of this book is to share what I learnt and practised recently to transform myself from multiple angles. The emphasis is on the small personal and environmental changes which make a big impact on this journey.

The small changes presented in this book became a tipping point for me. Even though they look small and uninteresting from the outside, turning them into habits and combining them with each other made a remarkable transformation for my life.

I'd like to share the reasons behind trying these changes with no shame and explain with simple language on how these changes helped me genuinely, using several examples from my personal life.

As the book is about my practical changes, I used the first-person narration of a conversational language rather than a formal style. I deliberately did not provide any citations to keep the book simple to read and comprehend. I know from my experience that cluttered citations in these types of practical books bore and turn off the readers.

Unusually, the focus of this book is me as a person who tested several approaches and made critical modifications based on trial and error and compelling input from developing research. However, while writing this book, I thought about you as my audience to simplify my thoughts and add an order to my madness to make sense and add value to your life. So the focus of this book is You and I.

In this book, I don't make any direct recommendations on purpose. The reason for this is that I aim to share my experience sincerely, without any hype or any motives other than utilitarian perspective and charitable goals.

However, I aim to share this experience with you, assuming that you may have a critical review of those points.  I am hoping some readers can customise or apply some of the techniques based on their experience and needs. To re-iterate, I deliberately make no recommendations for using these techniques. You may verify with your health consultant before applying these simple and effective bio-hacks to your life.

Some readers may use these hacks as a validation point as I did. I believe some readers are already using some of these techniques and approaches; hence, they keep nodding their heads and keep asking what is next.

Due to the controversial nature of some points, I believe some readers may be judging them and only after some hardships do they attempt to try relevant ones as a last resort.

We are all individuals and have different needs, expectations and circumstances. Therefore, I do not take any offence at any reaction. My genuine intention is to provide a practical perspective to my readers based on my experience, especially hard-learned lessons so that they can benefit as they become relevant and possible for their conditions.
