This book is not a story to portray the life of successful artists, athletes, greatest inventors, and business founders. Reaching Impossible Limits is a method to reach our own goals though removing the limitations of our abilities and maximizing our body performance. Huge scientific advances in understanding how our bodies work stress the following limitations to becoming a stronger, slimmer, healthier, and faster top performer:
Being always connected—no time to relax.
Social pressures—you believe your peers have a better life, as evidenced by their social media profiles.
Multi-tasking—the brain does not actually have the ability to do two things at the same time.
