    Are you prepared to take your future happiness into your own hands?

These are very easy processes; all it takes is to follow these simple rules. It took me 21 years to discover the secret to real happiness. Your path will be a lot smoother, I can tell you that for sure! In 21 days your life will definitely turn around for the better! Just follow my simple advice.

    You will benefit from teachings of great spiritual teachers, and from the mistakes I made, AND apply everything that has proven to work wonders for so many people.

    After having been severely depressed and extremely unhappy for much too long, I started reading everything I could find to help me improve my mood, without resorting to medication.

    I watched literally thousands of videos made by a myriad of teachers of Personal Growth. I studied meditation and mindfulness for decades. I followed all kinds of regular therapies, most of which were useless for me. I used antidepressants, which made me feel more miserable than I already was.

    I tried ALL the processes myself, and so did many of the clients of my Stress Management practice. I know which ones will work the best and the quickest. Enough about me, let's talk about YOU. All you have to do is to apply the rules I will teach you in the next chapters. You don't even have to apply them all, although it will work the quickest if you do. But you can try them and use maybe only two or three. Of course you can apply them to your own preferences. You are in charge.
