Introduction
People who have no control over their lives often feel hopeless and worthless. It seems to them that they have no ability to change their circumstances and see themselves as mere spectators in life instead of active actors. This feeling of helplessness can be debilitating and lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental problems.
One of the main reasons why some do not have control over their lives is due to a lack of self-confidence or low self-esteem. These types of people, of which there are plenty, may feel that they are not good or capable enough to achieve their goals and desires. This can be the result of a variety of factors, such as a harsh, negative upbringing or traumatic childhood experiences. This lack of self-confidence can lead to a cycle of negative thoughts, where the person internally convinces himself that he can't do anything to change his situation, and ends up rolling up like a little ball to avoid comments against him that still hurt. plus his weak personality.
In monetary terms, it is not uncommon for them to end up in a job they hate, but which ensures their livelihood, without the slightest possibility of taking risks to achieve happiness doing what they dream of. As for love relationships, if she is a woman, she will try to stay away from relationships, she will compromise, she will deposit her emotional wealth in that partner, and she will not allow herself to leave the relationship if things do not look as they should be. If he is a man, he will be a doormat before the most skilled women, since it will be impossible for him to treat them as equals; and instead of balanced respect and admiration, he will only be afraid of them. Both genders, in these situations, end up being potentially jealous.
Another reason why some people do not have control over their lives is due to dependence on other people. They may depend on friends or family to make important decisions for them or seek their constant approval. This can be debilitating as it prevents them from being independent and making decisions for themselves. Additionally, they may feel used and abused by others, as they are constantly seeking their approval and help.
On the other hand, some people may feel used by their bosses at work or in their romantic relationships, who only use them to satisfy the needs of the other and who are not valued by those they love. This can lead to a feeling that they have no control over their lives and that they are worthless.
Lack of control over life can also be the result of a variety of external factors. They may feel that they have no control over their health, their financial security, or their environment. They may feel trapped in a difficult life situation, such as debt or an unhappy marriage, and see no way out. This can lead to a feeling of helplessness and despair.
To regain control over life, it is important that people who feel worthless and used seek help, taking the first step, admitting This is no more!
. This may include working with a therapist or counselor to work on self-confidence and self-esteem. It can also be helpful to learn decision-making skills and be independent. It is important to learn to say no
to those who may be exploiting and to seek support from trusted friends and family.
In this book, we will explore ways to feel happy, useful, and proud of ourselves.
Chapter 1
In Pursuit of Happyness
––––––––
Narcissism is a personality disorder characterized by excessive self-esteem and a constant need for attention and admiration. The need to love oneself, on the other hand, is a healthy characteristic of self-esteem, which involves having a positive opinion and taking care of oneself physically and emotionally. Narcissism is excessive and unusual, while the need to love oneself is normal and necessary for good mental health and happiness.
Many successful people live their lives the way they want to. They work hard and do what they love. There are many reasons for this. The more you love what you do, the harder you will work to keep doing what you love. If you feel bored with your life or that you're not doing what you should be doing, it's time to make a change. There may be obstacles or fears that prevent you from reaching your goals in life, but it's time to overcome them and make your dreams come true.
Imagine your life reaching your dreams. Do you look sad, and exhausted? Not! you will look strong, happy, and confident. You will no longer scare away your environment, you will be a magnet because everyone will want to catch your success.
Many are not quite sure what their true passion is. They want to work hard for success... like others, but they just aren't sure they can do it. Finding your passion is possible and requires a deep exploration within yourself. Your passion can be right in front of you without you realizing it.
With every passion you have an opportunity to earn money... or just enjoy life. It just depends on the path you have to take to make it happen. Do not sit waiting for success to knock on your door, much less stay still complaining or jealous of those who have achieved it. Do something for your slice of the cake! If you think that avoiding your passion is the right thing to do because you can't make a living from it, I tell you that the maxim has always been If you're good at something, get paid for it
, so surely, if you become an expert in what you are passionate about, they will surely require your services.
If you are not a happy person, that is your choice. But remember... you have complete control over your life and the decisions you make.
There are many factors by which people measure happiness. Some, if not most, think that money is happiness, but what they do every day to earn it makes them miserable. You can look at people who have absolutely everything and then try to be like them. You may long to have their wealth, property, status, or even their job positions, but those things do not bring happiness. Happiness is a choice. There are many people who have wealth and status and are completely miserable, why?
Money is not the key to success; freedom to create is - Nelson Mandela.
It does not matter if they are single, married or divorced, the level of education or race; or whatever, it does not depend on what the majority indicates as the ingredients of happiness, since this feeling is individual and is generated from within. They can and there are people who have a special ability to earn money and are recognized in their field of work, but they are immersed in a job they hate, and therefore they get depressed or live in a bad mood. happiness is subjective
There are subjective things in life that can make you happy. They are subjective because everyone's happiness is different. With attractions like the roller coaster and bungee jumping,
