    - 1 liter grøntsagsbouillon (1 liter vegetable broth)

    - 2 dl fløde (200 ml heavy cream)

    - Smør til stegning (Butter for frying)

    - Salt og peber (Salt and pepper)

    - Frisk persille til pynt (Fresh parsley for garnish)

    Sådan gør du:

    1. Opvarm smør i en gryde og sautér løg, porrer og skinke i et par minutter, indtil de er bløde. (Heat butter in a pot and sauté onion, leeks, and ham for a couple of minutes until softened.)

    2. Tilsæt kartofler og grøntsagsbouillon. Lad det koge indtil kartoflerne er møre. (Add potatoes and vegetable broth. Let it simmer until the potatoes are tender.)
