He carried home the stress from work and when he got home there was some other stress trigger which added even more stress. The challenge that he had was finding a way to get rid of the stress. He found quiet a number of solutions and after trying them out for himself, he put together a guide that others could use to relive the stress that they accumulated throughout the day.
