    The Power of Morning Routines

    IT'S STILL EARLY. YOU don't want to get out of bed; much alone start your day. You're exhausted. You're snuggled up in blankets and feeling great. Today's a busy day, and you're thinking about everything you need to accomplish. You feel overburdened, so you hit SNOOZE one more time to give yourself some breathing room.

    This is a vicious cycle that many of us find ourselves in day after day. We know we need to get up and start our day, but we just can't find the motivation to do so. After all, mornings are tough!

    Keeping your first waking hour as constant as possible throughout the weeks is crucial to have a more straightforward morning. The more we struggle to make decisions, the more energy we lose. It's critical to avoid decision tiredness at startup by sticking to a set daily routine.

    A morning ritual can increase your energy, productivity, and mood. It also creates momentum, reaching the brain's peak time for cognitive functioning (late morning).

    Benefits of a Morning Routine

    MANY PEOPLE DREAD WAKING up in the morning. Some of you may be able to spring out of bed and start working right away, but most of us have trouble. There's no need for mornings to be unpleasant; all you need is a daily routine. Having a morning habit has several advantages.
