Mornings are the best way to start living the life of your dreams. Starting the day the right way is truly going to determine the remainder of it. Compounded over time that's going to turn into weeks, months and years of successful living. All just from a morning routine!

After around five hours of sleep, Barack Obama wakes up. He drinks either orange juice, tea or water and then exercises before eating breakfast. His exercise routine usually involves either strength training or cardio.

The multi billionaire, media company owner Oprah Winfrey likes to rise early at around 5:30 am. She works out for an hour in the gym and then sips on some fruit or vegetable juice before heading off to work.

The founder of the Virgin Group, Richard Branson likes to sleep with the curtains open so that his body clock is in sync with the earth's natural circadian rhythm. Upon waking he likes to swim in the ocean, kite surf and play tennis. These habits keep him energized to run his huge empire of businesses.

Founder and CEO of The Huffington Post, Arianna Huffington likes to get a long sleep. When she wakes up she practices meditation for at least thirty minutes. This keeps her calm and non reactive which is essential for running a demanding business.
You too can be like them! Start carving out some time in the morning and stick to it consistently. It doesn't have to be an hour long. Anything from five minutes is enough. Just decide that whatever it is you choose to do everyday helps you to achieve your goals and have the best state of mind for your life.
