Then you should meditate for an hour a day.’ The point is, we are always too busy, which means our brains have no time for stillness – they’re always on the go. In the West, we tend to view meditation as a bit shoo-wah or just something hippies do, but learning to calm your mind and still your busy brain is a practical skill that, once learned, will help you sleep for the rest of your life.
