About this ebook
Does it feel like time is always slipping through your fingers
It's easy to get caught up in the moment. Whether it's a game on your phone, a new TV-show, or a comic book you bought on a whim, if you're not careful, these momentary distractions can turn into hours of wasted time. And to think you could have better spent that period being present and productive!
The question is, why is it always so hard to focus on the things you need to do? Why is it that even if you know you're supposed to get something done–no matter how close you are to the deadline, and no matter how far along you've come–sometimes, your body just refuses to move? If any of the above situations resonate, what you need most could be a change in your perspective.
In this book, you will discover
- The definition of discipline, and how to make it work for you
- How to make effort feel like reward
- The trick to finding motivation that works
- Why we procrastinate, and how to overcome it
- The importance of learning how to manage your time
You might be thinking, "Well, that's just common sense. I don't need a book to understand all that." We don't disagree! But you'd be surprised how easy it is to forgo common sense in favor of that irrational inner voice that keeps calling you a failure.
But we know, and you know, that deep inside, that's not who you are. The truth is, you can climb the mountain, even if it looks high. You can get fit, even if exercise is hard. You can get that degree, even if you're in your thirties. And you will persevere, even when the going gets tough.
This book will tell you how to get things done. Add a copy of Be Disciplined: The Beginner's Guide to Discovering How to Manage Time, Become More Productive, Overcome Procrastination, and Focus on the Things That Matter Most in Life by Sheldon Howe to your cart TODAY!

Introduction
As long as you have discipline, you can be a success. -Anthony Joshua
Imagine for a moment that you’re cozy and comfortable in bed one morning. You hear the sound of your morning alarm as you wake from a wonderful, refreshing night of sleep. You stretch for a moment, make your way out of bed, and feel energized as you start getting dressed for the day. On your way to work, you run through a list of tasks that you need to accomplish for the day. Feeling prepared and ready, you arrive at work and get down to business, excited that you will soon excel at the items on your to-do list. You stay on task and get everything done in the exact amount of time that you expected to do them in, exiting work in the evening with a sense of pride. You arrive home and have time to exercise, shower, and read before dinner. After finishing dinner, you continue relaxing for the night knowing that you’ve finished all the items that you set out to accomplish in your day. You have another amazing night of sleep. Does any of this sound like a fantasy? For many, having a day like this seems impossible, but by managing disciplined habits more efficiently, most people could make this dream a reality for themselves in hardly any time at all.
Having discipline in a day gives an individual the kind of check-off-the-to-do-list
day where, by the time the
