There was a time in my life, where I spent so much time estranged from my heart. I believed that I didn’t deserve my own love and I knew that something in my life needed to change. I was living in a dharma purgatory. It was a place where I felt unsure and something different needed to be done because I was no longer deserving of the disconnection within myself.
