Nobody knows your life experience better than you. However, when you are stuck in your own way and can't figure out how to stay positive in this negative world you could always use a boost of positivity.
Growing up in a negative family made my outlook on life harder than it needed to be, but when I figured out I needed to UnLearn & ReTeach my brain to be positive even when everything was so negative things started to fall into place and I felt better. I saw people for who they were and kept the negativity out.
UnLearn & ReTeach your brain to be positive when everybody is negative. Find the happiness you're missing and get out of your own way to have a more positive life experience in your personal and professional life. AND stop feeling so positively stuck.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about myself. I come from a family with bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, narcissistic behaviors, and greed. If you don’t think greed has anything to do with negativity when you’re dealing with people, you probably picked up the wrong book. My mother is actually the cause of everything mentioned above. She even taught my sister how to be exactly like her, and now, nearly four decades into her life, she is realizing that her way of living is wrong.
I started noticing something was wrong with my mother’s outlook on life when I was in elementary school. She really didn’t want me to have friends, tore me down over my undiagnosed dyslexia, and made me feel like I’d never be good enough for anyone. I can still count on one hand the number of times she has told me that she loves me. I don’t ever believe she has told me that I am beautiful or that she is proud of me. These are all things I had to learn for myself.
As I reached middle school and had a best friend whose life was completely different, I started to think differently. When I slept over at my best friend’s house, her parents would say I love you before bed and at the end of every phone call. They would hug each other. There was
