About this ebook

This journal may be used as a daily guide of expressions. It digs deep into many trails or tribulations I’ve been through that may relate to you. It speaks about family disfunction, about being uncomfortable to make others comfortable and also the truth of the matters. It seems we know exactly why things happen in our life because we’ve been taught to find out who, what, and why. This journal makes you become uncomfortable about how you could do something different in order to get something different. It takes you on a journey of accountability, trauma, transparency and other transgressions that come from experience of our poor decision making. It is my hope that people stop being afraid of asking for help in the area of self-awareness, acknowledgement, and accountability.

    Legacy

Through my trials and tribulations, I learned the power of honesty. I spent time with myself. I accessed myself. I changed my way of thinking. I see the light in me. I removed myself from all people, places, and things that I had outgrown. I became aware of myself. I reconditioned my mind and thought only of faith. I started loving myself. I found myself worth. Finally, I understood my life was not about the way people seen me, but who I seen when I looked at myself. I found compassion, commitment, security, and forgiveness. I believed in myself. I became accountable.

The Vision of Purposely Living is Rebuilding a Positive image of oneself. To provide the tools that will create overall wellbeing of Self. Having the opportunity of helping others understand their self-worth by believing in YES!

Understanding that although I’ve made some decisions that have benefited my life, most of my life experiences derived from what my environment and society taught me. In trying to become who and what God created me to be, I had to acknowledge my weaknesses. I had to accept my transgressions in the important things that molded and changed the trajectory of my life. I did things based on guilt, hurt, shame, and mostly fear. Once I gave into the
