About this ebook

Detective Rage is excited about another purchase. Sergeant Jones figured it is another Colt. He was surprised when she is looking for a metal detector. They go to a rare and gold coin store where they are sold. Someone tries to hold up the store. But she buys her detector anyway.
They go to the ocean when a super low tide comes in. She finds many items, including many car keys. The bronze key holder is separate but readable to the car dealership. She talks to Chief Still Water about dumping a car in the ocean, why else throw the keys away? They search and dig until the tides become more normal and they return home. They go to the car dealership when home. With the holder and several keys he can identify the car.
The next day, Sergeant Jones is splitting his duty and hears in the 911 call center of shots fired. Patrol responds and Jones calls Inspector Strong.
He says, “Inspector, I think the call is to the address of the car keys we found at the ocean. The car was reported stolen several weeks ago.”
The Inspector sends Detective Rage and Detective Smith to the scene. The victims are rushed to the hospital.
Back in the police station, they start a complete background check of the victims, including the car whose keys they found.
They receive a call about the last owner. He was shot down on the streets in SLC with no leads.
They are on a plane to SLC. Where Rage arrests the President of Utah State University. They are no closer to what is happening. Then a service tech is sent to the hospital, who just happen to have worked on the car whose keys they found.
It is only going to get more complex as they dig deeper. Who else is in possible danger if they touched the car?
