About this ebook
Do you have Anxiety? Worry, Doubts, Uncertainty, Apprehension. Do you avoid people or events? Feel Insecurity/unsuredness, Timid or Shyness, Introversion, Fears, Dread, Paranoia, Panic, Horror, Terror, Distraught, Overwrought, Hysteria, Shock and numb, Phobias, OCD issues, Torment, Torture and Turmoil episodes. Would you like to be able to stop them?
This book teaches a technique that can stop emotions in the stress and anxiety range. The author has stress and anxiety issues stemming from his PTSD. This technique is what he has used for 13 years to stop episodes, mild to severe.
How would that work?
The technique has you work with the emotion directly. A person would look right at that emotion of say, "worry", and work the technique on that particular worry. In a while that sensation and feeling of worry, and the worrisome thoughts created by it, can be noticed to reduce, fade, and stop.
The technique can restore a feeling of calm out of "disturbance". Anxiety is a state of emotional disturbance.
A phobia is a fear. It is not so much what the phobia is about...but the fear itself. The fear is triggered by what the phobia seems to be about. We target the fear.
Now you can have a technique on hand when a panic attack starts up, and start to do the technique on the panic itself. There is nothing to lose but the panic and other emotions of anxiety. A new level of confidence can arise out of the uncertainty and insecurity of anxiety. Many people have used the technique with good results, and not only anxiety issues.
You can start working on things TODAY... simple 3 step technique.

Introduction
The purpose, reason , goal, meaning, and value of this book is to teach the Emotional Charge Technique and to show how it can be applied to emotions of Anxiety and surrounding issues. This is a fairly short work, but don’t let that fool you, it is highly concentrated. We will start with a little history, a few concepts of emotional charge, teach the technique, and show how to use it on Anxiety-related emotions.
This is a two books in one
book. We are also going to be dealing with two related subjects; Pressure and Stress as well as Anxiety, as the other two can lead to anxiety issues.
I have been an emotional researcher since 2009. I have PTSD from illness. I started having explosive anger
episodes in 2001. I had a lump on the lower right side of my neck. By 2002, it was discovered to be a Thyroid issue, which became full-blown Thyroidism, and Grave's Disease. A Thyroid cyst was discovered (that lump), and my Thyroid was burning out. The Thyroid regulates emotional hormones and communicates chemically with the Pituitary Gland. Lack of Thyroid has as symptoms, Stress, Anxiety, and Depression issues. I say stress because one chief feature is Irritability
. That is a stress emotion, among others.
I had two other hidden conditions; Candida Overgrowth in the intestines, and the resultant Leaky Gut Syndrome, where bowel matter leaks into the body and bloodstream. This sets off the body's autoimmune system, which attacks the tissues where that matter got lodged. The autoimmune system gets overloaded, overwhelmed, and the symptoms and suffering can be pretty awful.
Think of it like coming down with a cold, and there are symptoms... but it never quite develops... but it also never goes away. After fighting that for 5 years and healing up and feeling better, I woke up shuddering one day in summer 2007, and that was the beginning of my PTSD symptoms. My nervous system broke down and hit me with all the bottled-up stress that had built up. That is what this book is about; how to get at that bottled-up emotional energy; this thing called Emotional Charge.
I hope you get a lot of benefit from this work. What you can expect from this technique is the lessening, reducing, fading, and stopping episodes of shock, stress, even some pain, trauma, and a level of suffering, and the stopping of any negative emotional episodes.
You can and should notice a rise in your happiness level as things are relieved and level off. Many episodes not only stop but over time with the technique, don't return. This is not the same as becoming non-emotional
, or emotionless
.
I have used the technique since 2009 for my PTSD symptoms, the shock, trauma, and negative emotions I went through, and any current emotional events. You should expect to be able to stop this
particular episode of shock or emotion. A person breaks down into Panic
, for example. The person does the technique on it. They can expect that fit to stop in relatively short order. It is not that they will never have another fit of panic, but the next episode can stop in relatively short order as well; the technique will work on subsequent episodes, and many times that
particular episode won’t come back as a flashback, and if it does, the person can do the technique on it some more. It has been consistent for me since 2009.
Some triggered events may lessen in frequency, but also may cease; no longer occur. I don’t trigger on dropping food on the floor any longer.
I have used the technique on basically all anxiety emotions over the years. Even with a medical issue, even with some chemical imbalance, even with PTSD, I stop anxiety emotions with a simple 3 step technique.
Shock is a big factor in all traumas; a traumatized state is a state of shock. The technique works very well on shock itself; physical, emotional, mental, and psychological shocks. It does not usually take long to work. Why mention shock with anxiety? Because all negative emotions contain some level of shock. Worry can contain a bit of a shock, (it can be worry over something that shocked a person
, concern over it happening again, and the uncertainty which it caused), and a panic-stricken hysteria episode of overwrought and distraught certainly contains a lot of shock. (Panic is a shock emotion).
Anxiety can be over abuse issues. Abuse contains shock and anxiety can be apprehension over more stress and abuse. People can panic because of past abusive treatment, when severe. It may be any another type of trauma as well.
Anxiety may be genetic, a complex genetic condition. Genetic Anxiety
...even so... it is about the emotions in, of, and behind the anxiety event. What are the Anxiety emotions involved in the current experience?
It is the emotions being expressed. Genic disposition is an influence, it does not necessarily determine which emotion of anxiety a person will show in any given situation. The technique should at least help mitigate some of that as symptoms. A person should be able to at least reduce and stop this
episode.
Some people may think Genetic Anxiety
and anxiety in general are
