Target: PTSD: Happiness Is No Charge, #6
()
About this ebook
Do you suffer from PTSD?
Do you have:
- Flashbacks
- Panic attacks
- Hysteria episodes
- Intrusive thoughts or images
- Nightmares
- trigger on real or symbolic reminders of your trauma
- Suicidal episodes
- trigger on pressures, stress and anxiety
Or any of a variety of other symptoms? Would you like a technique that can help stop those, and be able to do it yourself? Episodes can be stopped, many do not return. If a new one shows up, the technique can take it down too... and the next.
The author has had PTSD since 2007. In 2009 he discovered a technique that stops negative emotions, and other issues associated with the disorder. The author has been an emotional researcher since 2009. This is his sixth book on how to stop negative emotions, and how to appy the Emotional Charge Technique to many issues.
This is a short work, but teaches everything you need to know about the technique, and how to apply it on PTSD issues. This is a 3 step process, a practitioner is not required for this technique. A person can do the technique basically anywhere and time.
If a person breaks down into a distraught, overwrought hysteria episode, the technique can be done right then and there. It can stop, and not return, this can take time, but it does not always have to be a long time... we are talking... less than a day. The author has run into this himself.
What you can expect is: This particular emotion or emotions can reduce, fade, and stop... this particular episode may not come back up as a flashback, if it does just do the technique some more on it, it usually stops again. We stop episodes. Overtime, with less things triggering, the condition can improve. You can expect shock episodes of dissociation to reduce and even stop. You can expect to have some "calm" return. Betterment may be in small steps, but if you could stop a "freak out episode" today... would that not be improvement?
"Raw, shot nerves" are no fun. This has been a good way to calm them down. Target those episodes like a sniper.
This book teaches the technique in about the first 10-15 minutes of reading. First a short history and description of emotional charge is laidout. Examples of PTSD are given, then symptoms are discussed, and how to do the technique on those symptoms.
The author details how to appy the technique on traumatic images; those vivid stuck images, by targeting the shock and negative emotions, (the horror), in, of, and behind them. The author has done this on many and varied episodes with the technique and stopped them.
There is an appendix with a list of emotions to get started with, a glossary of terms, and references.
Now you can have a technique in hand anytime you need it. Victory is the goal. Victory is achieved by healing. In addition to whatever else you may use for your PTSD symptoms, this technique is also a great tool to have. Take it from an emotional researcher with 12 years of experience stopping his PTSD symptoms with this one technique. There is hope, there is help.

THANKS TO ELLA PENZO for selecting me to be in her film. She had seen some of my posts on Quora.com and messaged me. That started me thinking about doing a short book on PTSD and how the technique I discovered helps. I have PTSD. This is the technique I use.

Introduction
THE PURPOSE, REASON, goal, meaning, and value of this book is to teach the Emotional Charge Technique, and show how it can be applied to symptoms and situations of PTSD. This is a targeted, concentrated work. I will teach a little history, a few concepts of emotional charge, teach the technique, and show how to use the technique on the actions, emotions, and symptoms associated with PTSD and trauma.
We do not abbreviate the name of the technique. ECT is already used for another technique, (Electroconvulsive Therapy), and I don’t want any confusion. I use either Emotional Charge Technique, or Emotional Charge Therapy when talking about the technique. This is a therapy for emotions themselves.
I have been an emotional researcher since 2009. I have PTSD from illness. In that, my body, brain, and mind had a lot of daily trauma. Trauma comes in many forms, from many sources. A trauma may happen to a single person, or a group. It can be mild to severe; and can accumulate from smaller, even unnoticed, negative events.
I hope you get a lot of benefit from this work. What you can expect from this technique is the lessening, reducing, fading, and stopping of shock, stress, even some pain, trauma, and a level of suffering, and the stopping of all negative emotions as they come about. You can and should notice a rise in your happiness level as things are relieved. This does not have to take long. One German lady with 15 years of depression noticed improvement in less than 4 days.
I have used the technique since 2009 for my PTSD symptoms, the shock, trauma, and negative emotions I went through, and any current emotional events. You should expect to be able to stop this
particular episode of shock or emotion, as well as helping to alleviate past shocks and traumas.
For Example: A person breaks down into a crying fit. That person does the technique on it. They can expect that fit to stop in relatively short order. It is not that they will never have another crying fit. However, the next crying fit can stop in relatively short order as well; the technique will work on subsequent fits. It has been consistent for me since 2009; also other breakdowns.
Before the technique, I would have 20 minute hysterical crying fits. This is over dropping one pea on the floor making soup. With the technique they usually stop in less than 3 minutes. Your time may vary, but it should be considerably less with the technique than without. Over time a trigger for a crying fit may become so desensitized that it no longer triggers an event. This has happened on several things for me. I no longer trigger over dropping food on the floor, I have a more normal reaction now. I have not had an episode of that for about 4 years now.
Shock is a big factor in all traumas; a traumatized state is a state of shock. PTSD is from shock, and is a state of shock, and shot nerves
. I became a raw nerve
; an open wound. The technique works very well on shock itself; physical, emotional, mental, and psychological shocks. It does not usually take long to work. Many things can stop that day, even some severe issues.
This book is not, everything about PTSD
. It is what you need to know to apply the Emotional Charge Technique to it. There are many books about PTSD, trauma and abuse; this book teaches a technique a person can do on it, both past and present.
If you have any questions, or trouble with the technique or material, feel free to email me; boomergfz@yahoo.com, I will be happy to reply. If you have success in lessening or stopping an issue with the technique, let me know.
If you are interested in learning more of my 10 years of research and everything I know on the subject, see my work: Happiness Is No Charge 2: Target Your Emotions
. That is a complete summary of my research, practice, and experience with the technique. Available at many online books stores.
Many people have used this technique to good effect, even for severe anxiety and depression issues, including myself. I live this.
My best wishes for betterment.

A Short History
WAR IS ONE OF THE MOST abusive actions there is. The horrors of war
abound. It is just brutal, and brutality. In war, and after, the effects on people continue to bother them. This happened even in ancient times. It is nothing new. It is a traumatizing experience as it goes against all sane pursuits. (This is also how my book Abuse
starts) Combat is abuse. Combat is trauma. There are many types of battles. Not all PTSD
