I am glad to share with all about my culinary experiences and back round that started in Detroit, MI. I was never born with the talent my interests began at home that led to a tiny Greek restaurant downtown Detroit basically connected to the Greek town casino in 2004. I started as a dishwasher leaving my barber, construction & automotive plant skills on the back burner. One day the kitchen was short a cook and I was called upon. I started off making salads and frying from an enormous menu. Five Greeks a few black African American men and a couple of Yemen men polished me with speed prep skills grilling techniques and more extravagant ways of cooking different specials of middle eastern American Italian & French cuisines. I elevated my self and took pre-College classes in culinary arts at a vocational school that was funded for an 9 months since then I’ve been in love with food. I’ve made money for owners in Detroit Los Angeles & Miami. I’m happy to cultivate my style on a level that’s called unique setting a standard polishing culinary combinations. The power to regulate thought is a wonderful thing and dramatic as well. I focus on being a creditability to others than myself it is important in light of enhancing the future for greatness. I will prepare you to grasp mouthwatering recipes to demonstrate with family & friends. Use them as you please & have fun impressing all you allow in your presence.

    Breakfast Game

    Avocado Egg Patty

    1 avocado for each patty

    Cut around the seed in a circular motion dice avocado inside peel

    Scoop out diced avocado in a bowl

    Take 1 lime cut in half then, squeeze both half on top of the avocado with 3 pinches of salt and pepper & 1 pinch of garlic powder

    Mince 1 ramekin of cilantro then pour and stir with a spoon (do not smash) it’s just the mixing game & thangs

    Crack 3 eggs & whip in a bowl

    Add 1 ramekin of heavy cream

    1 pinch of Spanish paprika

    2 dabs of hot sauce (Tabasco preferable)

    Now let’s handle business! Coat egg pan with vegetable oil under low heat

    Allow oil to come to a sizzle

    Add the 3 whipped season eggs to a commercial egg pan (small circular) Then, add dice avocado inside cooking egg

    Make sure you spread it out!

    Flip on low flame 6 to 8 seconds on each side. After placing on dish top with ½ shell of cold diced avocado & red onions w/ a squeeze of lime & 2 dabs of hot sauce on top…

    There you go I put you in the Game!

    Turkey Feta Omelet

    Take 4 strips of turkey bacon fry over a medium fire

    Watch then flip for a seared brown coating

    Damp and dice then, set off to the side Take 3 eggs whip in a bowl

    Add 2 pinches of salt & pepper

    Add 2 pinches of Cajun seasoning
