That seems an inescapable natural process: skin wrinkles, articulations rust, sight drops, our muscular mass decreases at the same time as our vitality…

Today, the reaction of our modern societies towards aging is the call for the help of surgery, and the use of various injections on skin.
But could one decrease this phenomenon naturally?
If the process of aging is still relatively badly understood (indeed, our body renews permanently, then why couldn't it be repaired eternally?), some assumptions: Among those, the influence of the glycation has an important place.
Advanced products of glycation (AGEs)
It’s about what?
Called also products of Mallard reaction, they result from the reaction between some sugars and proteins. The AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products)¹ can be consequently formed in a natural way in our body (in particular in the event of important rise of the glycemia), but the great majority comes from the food.
The true problem of these AGEs, it that is once produced, the reaction is irreversible, and that our only way of eliminating them is to evacuate them in the urines. Unfortunately, our body is found quickly exceeded, and the AGE will accumulate, modifying our cellular receivers, and thus preventing them from functioning correctly.
