How It All Began…
attack.jpgIn the summer of 2011, recently after giving birth to my Daughter, that’s when I made the initial decision to embark on leading a healthy lifestyle, for a lifetime.
For many years I feared pregnancy because the possibility of gaining a lot of weight. As the years of my life continued to pass, I would soon be approaching the tender age of 30. Well, I am a Mother now. Before becoming a Mom, my weight was at a healthy 150-155, 160 lbs on a bad day. I’m 5’7" btw…. Unfortunately, by the end of my first pregnancy my weight had climbed to a hefty 264lbs!!! While I was never the skinniest kid on the block, I never weighed over 200 lbs let alone 264!! I was heavier than I ever had been in my entire life. I can honestly say that I know what it feels like to be obese, overweight and out of shape. It’s not a good feeling – AT ALL!!
