Introvert Personality is a basic personality style featured by a preference for the inner life of the mind over the outer world of other people.

One of the Big Five dimensions that describe all personalities, introvert personality is on a continuum at the opposite end of which is extroversion.

Compared to extroverts, introverts prefer subdued and solitary incidents.

Introverts do not have a fear or dislike of others.

They do not have shyness or are plagued by loneliness.

A crowded cocktail party may be a suffering for introverts, but they take pleasure in one-on-one engagement in calm environments, which is more suitable for their nervous system.

Evidence indicates that, unlike with extroverts, the brains of introverts do not react strongly to seeing new human faces.

In such situations they produce less dopamine, a neurotransmitter linked with reward.

Doctors have discovered that introverts have a higher blood flow to their frontal lobe than extroverts do.

This part of the brain assists the person recall things, solve problems, and plan ahead.

Introvert brains also response differently to dopamine than extrovert brains do.

That is a chemical that turns on the reward and pleasure-seeking component of the brain.

Introverts and extroverts have the same quantity of the chemical but extrovert brains obtain an excited sensation from their reward center.

Extroverts have satisfaction or energy from social interactions due to this chemical.

Introverts, on the other hand, are likely to feel run-down by it.

Genetics and environmental factors, such as life experiences, may also have a part in the development of the personality.

1. The genes may have a significant part in determining where the person will be on the personality continuum.

2. The life experiences can considerably affect the introvert personality.

It is possible to alter or move slightly on the personality spectrum throughout the life.

The introvert may learn to interact with other people differently and change as an adult.

There is no necessity to change or alter the personality.

The introvert personality is a wonderful component of who the person is.

An introvert is often believed to be a quiet, reserved, and thoughtful person.

Generally, introverts have these signs:
1. They need quiet to concentrate
2. They are reflective
3. They are self-aware
4. They take time making decisions
5. They feel comfortable being alone
6. They do not like group work
7. They prefer to write rather than talk
8. They feel tired after being in a crowd
9. They have few friendships, but are very close with these friends
10. They daydream or use their imaginations to work out a problem
11. They retreat into their own minds to rest

Introverts achieve energy from reflection and drop energy in social events.

    Introduction

I have been writing medical articles for my blog: http://kennethkee.blogspot.com (A Simple Guide to Medical Disorder) for the benefit of my patients since 2007.

My purpose in writing these simple guides was for the health education of my patients.

Health Education was also my dissertation for my Ph.D (Healthcare Administration).

I then wrote an autobiography account of my journey as a medical student to family doctor on my other blog: http://afamilydoctorstale.blogspot.com.

This autobiography account A Family Doctor’s Tale was combined with my early A Simple Guide to Medical Disorders into a new Wordpress Blog A Family Doctor’s Tale on http://kenkee481.wordpress.com.

From which many free articles from the blog was taken and put together into 800 eBooks.

Some people have complained that the simple guides are too simple.

For their information they are made simple in order to educate the patients.

The later books go into more details of medical disorders.

The first chapter is always from my earlier blogs which unfortunately tends to have typos and spelling mistakes.

Since 2013, I have tried to improve my spelling and writing.

As I tried to bring the patient the latest information about a disorder or illness by reading the latest journals both online and offline, I find that I am learning more and improving on my own medical knowledge in diagnosis and treatment for my patients.

My diagnosis and treatment capability has improved tremendously from my continued education.

Just by writing all these simple guides I find that I have learned a lot from your reviews (good or bad), criticism and advice.

I am sorry for the repetitions in these simple guides as the second chapters onwards have new information as compared to my first chapter taken from my blog.

I also find repetition definitely help me and maybe some readers to remember the facts in the books more easily.

I apologize if these repetitions are irritating to some readers.
