About this ebook
This book describes Counselor personality, Diagnosis and Treatment and Related Diseases
INFJ-A / INFJ-T (INFJ: Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging)
Counselors are quiet and mystical, very inspiring and untiring idealists.
For the INFJ
“Freethinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without prejudice and without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, privileges, or beliefs. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking.”
– Leo Tolstoy
“Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and the person help them to become what they are capable of being.”
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Nothing lights up Counselors like creating a solution that changes people’s lives.
Connecting with Others (and Themselves)
“The most I can do for my friend is simply be his friend.”
Henry David Thoreau
“It’s better to fail while striving for something wonderful, challenging, adventurous, and uncertain, than to say, ’I don’t want to try because I may not succeed completely.’”
Jimmy Carter
For Counselors, money and Employee of the Month simply won’t cut it. These personalities want a career that fits their values and principles.
Two Roads Diverged in a Yellow Wood
One of the things Counselors find most important is establishing genuine, deep connections with the people they care about.
In friendship, it’s as though Counselors are searching for a soul mate, someone who shares every facet of their passions and imagination.
“My instinct is to protect my children from pain. But adversity is often the thing that gives us character and backbone.”
The Counselor (INFJ) personality type is defined as having the Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging traits.
This combination induces these personalities to stand out distinctively with a silent principled version of humanism.
They are likely to draw near to life with deep attention and imagination.
Their inner vision, personal values and a quiet ethical version of humanism steer them in all things.
They think and feel with a depth that causes confrontations as well as opportunities.
Counselors are the most infrequent personality types of all.
The INFJ personality type is often thought to be the most infrequent of the 16 personality types.
It is present for little more than 1% of the general population.
Counselors are known for their perceptiveness and intuitive insight, clever at seeing through surface appearances in order to get the deeper psycho-spiritual realities.
This personality type is occasionally termed ‘the Counselor’ or ‘the Advocate’ since while they are normally very reserved, they tend to be advocates for how other people feel, hold high moral standards, and maintain a large focus on the future.
They are often known as creative, gentle, and caring by others.
The Counselor does also have this remarkably rare ability to read people, like being capable to tell how they are feeling before they say it.
They are deeply compassionate which is why other people are so drawn to them and are likely to open up to them.
Counselors are capable to take the unresponsive person to open up to them.
While they are introverts who prefer to watch people than being at the center of attention, they are able to form close relationships with people and take pleasure in helping others.
Like a true introvert, they also need time to recharge and relax after socializing.
If I can help you, I will!”
Many Counselors feel forced to find a mission for their lives.
When they come across inequity or unfairness, they are likely to think that it is their mission to fix it.
