ASSERTIVENESS INTRODUCTION
Hello my name Sir Robin Hill Simon emotional intelligence coaching facilitator and I've put together this short program on assertiveness to give you some more insights into assertion and what it means.
People often mistake assertion for aggression and sometimes people think that they're being assertive when they're not they're actually being very aggressive.
Sometimes people feel that they're not being assertive at all but they are actually being assertive through being passive.
