Are you a human doing or a human being? as getting busier, and I’m rapidly turning into a human doing! It can be easy to feel as though we don’t have enough hours in the day to spend more than a little time in being mode, especially when we’ve got so much to do. We may even feel that we don’t deserve to spend time in being mode.
We’ve spoken in depth about being and doing – mindfulness allows us to step out of doing mode into being mode with ease. But both are relevant – they just have different jobs. Let’s delve a little deeper into understanding these states…
