Introduction
First, I want to say you congratulation for downloading my book,
Dropping your extra pounds as well as staying fit and healthy at the age of 20 and 30 is very simple. You just need to consume a bit less as well as move a bit more. But, how will you manage that when you hit the age of 40? You will notice lots of changes in your body at this time when you hit the big 4-0. During this time, if you suffer from high cholesterol and high blood pressure, then it can impact your possibilities of having a chest pain or heart attack when you reach the age of 60-70. This is just an example. You can also experience lots of difficulties such as back pain, pain in the neck, shoulder pain, lost cartilage as a result of overuse of joint for a long time, etc. But, people say, life begins at forty! Yes, begins at forty if you can stay physically fit along with your daily lifestyle.
In every 10 years, men are able to lose 8% or a few more muscle mass at the age of 40. Coming back into the shape might look like an enormous job if you have been inactive or exercise occasionally. However, you will be able to do it even at the age of 40 if you give your time and effort.
There are lots of exercises to stay fit and healthy for the people over 40. For example, strength
