About this audiobook

The gods live among us.

I thought that the death of the man who tortured me, broke me, and then hunted me to the ends of the Earth would be the end of our fight; but it’s only the beginning.

After thousands of years of being apart, our god bonds are reunited once again; and they’re not ready to go down without a fight.

They’ve woken up hungry.

All of the research in the world couldn’t have prepared us for what’s to come, enemies and wars fought over millennia. Now we’re being forced to act, but this time, we have the advantage.

This time, we’re Bonded.

Are we strong enough to survive the gods and their plans? Will we ever live in the peaceful world we’ve fought so hard for, or is history doomed to repeat itself?

I am disappointed with the ending. Once they learned about their God Bonds, they focused so much on questions like "what will we do after all this", or "how will our God Bonds live with no threats". Oleander mentioned scheduling time for their God Bonds to be present. Did they? I'm still waiting for those answers. Once they neutralize the threat, they're not really spoken of again. We'll never know how the bonded and God Bonds lived together or how they felt about being free to be together for the first time in thousands of years. Disappointing.

    What a finale!

I loved the whole series, not just for the characters but also for the plot. The plot was so well thought out and all the loose ends were tied up with no plot holes left in sight. I did want a certain point to be more climatic but it didn't ruin the story for me. It just seemed to be a little bit of a letdown when the rest of the book and series was so good.

All the characters have great arcs and develop so much from the start of book one to the end of the series. You can really see all the progress they've made and how much they've grown to be a better person for their bond but also their bonded group. The group deal with a lot of death and chaos in this book but they deal with it all so well and in different ways.

I loved the ending and I think the series was wrapped up really well.

Loved this series, last book kinda slow and became repetitive, hated using the Gods names, it was confusing for most of the book, I felt it was too far into the series to give all the characters new names to follow/keep up with! Other than that excellent series!

This saga is amazing. Fun, heart, grit and why choose spiciness. Sooooo glad I listened. The narrators also did a great job I thought

I do not understand why so many people love this series. I feel it lacked imagination and has glaring plot holes. All battle scenes and sex scenes are basically the same with the same ending. The words bond/boned are overused to the point of frustration. The whole premise of the book was pretty lame.

I had read reviews about the ending being disappointing, but I actually liked it. My last few reviews have not been good, and this one is meh too. This book was just as repetitive as the last one. I'm upset about Vivienne.
I am glad to finally be done with this series.

I liked the ending to the story. A little bit of plot twist that, in itself, doesn't make a big change, but it was an ice surprise.
It has a veeeery nice amount of hotness ?, of magic and even a dragon.
I definitely enjoyed the whole saga

The plot is an intense arching feature that concluded the whole series without leaving plot holes, if any. Which is refreshing. You get vested with the characters as they each evolve through the series and this ending is one that's able to solidify your views and feelings on each character. Very well written

This series got tired and repetitive around book four. The spicy scenes were cringy at times. I wished there were a bit more explanations of certain key points in the book. Overall, the series was a 3/5 for me.
