About this audiobook

After surviving foster care and a high school that breeds gang members and drug dealers I've finally found my path to freedom: emancipation and a full ride scholarship at the ultra-exclusive Hannaford Prep.

All I have to do is survive.

After attracting the wrong sort of attention from the richest boy in the country, pissing off the hottest guy in school and being humiliated in front of my favorite rock idol I am now the target of the most popular, and cruelest, group in the freshman class.

They want my blood.

They can have it.

I'm stronger than any spoilt rich kid.

But can I survive the game the Juniors have started with me as the goal? Now every boy at Hannaford wants to have me.

All except the three I want.

Ash, Harley, and Blaise don't care about the game, all they care about is destroying me.

Great listen. Wolf is a badass. Avery and her tight group are just plain mean to wolf. I’m glad Avery changed towards the end. Overall great story!!

I've heard about this series for a long time and it definitely doesn't disappoint! I hope the rest of the series will be made into audiobooks soon! It's not your average high school bully romance. There's a lot going on below the surface that you only get glimpses of in this first book. I can't wait to see how that develops.

Ok, I’m as surprised as you are that I liked this book. But I did. This hardly qualifies as a romance, and the bullying situation is hilariously ridiculous—BUT—wow, I really dug this protagonist’s resilience. Anyone who has been bullied will get it. And you can be long past your high school years to need catharsis from the mean girls who smirk at you from your past.

This book is about 15 year old kids. Children... Disgusting.

There is so much mystery in this world thats been created. Lips goes from foster care to Hannaford Prep where the elite run wild. Not only does she have a bad boy, gang leader staking his claim from just a phone call away but she now has Ash, Blaise and Harley to try and handle. Obviously, all of them are super good looking and hate her guts. Or do they?

If you like mystery, reverse harem and bully romances then this is right up your street. I can't wait to see where book 2 goes but I need to get my hands on it soon!

I would have loved the characters to be older, that's the only issue I had. Every time something happened I just couldn't get over the fact that they were 16 years old. Otherwise I loved it and will definitely carry on with the series.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️?
It was good but I’m not sure I’m comfortable with the ages of the characters - 15?! It’s just unrealistic the kind of things they’ve done or are doing at at 15. I’ve had to do some mental gymnastics to age them up in my mind.

Otherwise it is an interesting book, so far I’m keen to read the rest of the series and see if there’s some reveals and things that happen.

So much mention of r*pe and other sexual interactions for being about 15 year olds. Very odd. I have a love hate relationship with this story. I really enjoyed it but I had to ignore the age and just pretend they were older. Idk why this would be written about teenagers when it could have easily been aged up to college students at least.

4.5⭐️ this was so much fun. Though high school isn’t my vibe, if I pretended they were even just a couple years older, it was totally fine. The plot building was honestly amazing. The twists and turns and crazy shit that happened was so enticing. I was almost always thinking about this when I wasn’t listening. It just kept me so entertained. I cannot wait to see where the story goes in the next book. I seriously loved this.

Only problem is the age…kinda weird but it’s still good

Characters are too young to be believable. Should have taken place at a college not high school.

Okay I always try to ear bully romances for the grovel but this at times was too much. It was a fun read and I’m definitely going to read the next one but some things was just ridiculous.

I really hate the whole, “this is my school and I don’t want you here” and the whole scholarship private school bully the new student thing that happens in bully romances. It’s just unbelievable sometimes.

But if that’s your cup of tea, you’ll love it. Keep in mind this series is a slow burn and there is no spicy including the heroine this book.

I would still recommend someone this book though, if they ran out of reverse harems!

I wish I live in a world that the age of these characters bothered me! Believe it or not sometimes young people have to handle adult business! Not everyone gets to have a childhood!
