This book has been on my TBR for quite a while (hello sexy black man cover!) but I'm glad I read the other 2 books in the series first.
I liked both main characters but I was not expecting it to be such a slow burn (and I felt a little impatient at times).
But I love interracial relationships and this one was very sweet. Jakobi Diem was a new to me narrator and I thought he did a great job!
