About this audiobook

From USA Today bestselling author Jennifer Sucevic comes the next sexy standalone novel in the Campus Series.

Carson Roberts is Western University’s most sought after tight end. He’s the total package. A pretty face to go along with all those sculpted muscles—check. An All-American—double check. A guaranteed one-way ticket to the NFL after graduation—triple check.

Did I happen to mention that he’s also my brother’s best friend, which means I grew up with the guy and have crushed on him for nearly just as long?

We’re talking a decade of unrequited yearning. Don’t worry, I’m slowly coming to terms with the fact that he’ll never see me as anything more than the little sis he never had.

Sort of.

And even if he did just so happen to notice that I’ve filled out and no longer wear braces, Brayden would have a major conniption. When it comes to the male species, he’s ridiculously overprotective. Any guy who has so much as given me a bit of side-eye has been treated to a swift and memorable beat down.

Which is precisely why I’m still in possession of my V-card.

Want to know how to make being a nineteen-year-old virgin with a major crush on her brother’s best friend even more pathetic?

Blurt out at a frat party that you’ve spent all these years saving yourself for him.

If you’re thinking it can’t possibly get more humiliating than that, you’d be wrong.

Oh. So. Wrong.

I have such mixed feelings about this one. I love me a brothers best friends, the tension that builds, the angst that puts you on edge, the secrecy that adds another level….

But this one is also similar to the first book where I feel there was a lots of unnecessary repetition. I liked it better, but still had a hard time getting through it. There wasn’t a lot of actual space in this one. Some good build up, but also, too much floss before the main event lol. I liked the plot twist that comes with the female main character, she builds better than the mail. There was a lot of unnecessary scenes, and repeating, and then the end was a little rushed.

So overall, it’s not bad. If you like long books that have lots of detail, this will be a good fit. I partially recommend it, only if you are a brother’s best friend die hard like me. ?

Another sweet college love story in this series. A best friend’s sister romance with all the over-protective brother vibes.

The story was great! But the recording is terrible. They need to re upload this book. It is missing multiple chapters. Not exactly sure how many. I thought the story was just very chopped up. But when in the middle of chapter 32 it cuts off and the narrator says “chapter 38” (still shows you are on 32). You miss tons of stuff that happens in the story. When it actually shows it is on chapter 38, it replays what you already heard. At the end, it shows that you are on chapter 39 out of 48,, plays half the chapter, jumps to chapter 40, plays 2 minutes and then jumps to chapter 48, says the book is done and closes. I got the idea of what was going on in the story for the most part, but until they fix this, don’t waste your time. Especially if this is the last book you can read before you have to wait a month for your other saved books other to become available.
    Very annoying.
