- Daytime Program (38:20 mins) - A longer session intended for deep programming, listen as much as you want but at least two times a week.
- Nighttime Program (31:26 mins) - Listen to this session in your bed before you go to sleep. Preferably every night but at least 5 nights a week.
- Short Meditation (5:25 mins) - A short meditation to pick you up during difficult moments or when you feel you need a boost. Listen whenever you want.
- Affirmations with headphones - (35:36 mins) - Music with subliminal affirmations. Listen whenever you can wear a headphone. Cooking, cleaning, sports or whenever you want.
- Affirmations without headphones - (30:52 mins) - Music with audible affirmations especially made to safely listen to in the car or doing other activities without headphones whenever you want.
