About this audiobook
The cool thing is that you can, and it comes down to emotional intelligence, which is a true power-skill that can be developed. Inside this guide, you’ll learn about:
What happens when you harness your EQ?- You develop a high state of mental well-being.
- You become more skilled in resolving conflict with other people.
- You get to create and maintain good relationship with friends, family and colleagues.
- You become the source of a positive environment and attract others.
Those are just few of the many benefits of enhancing one’s EQ!
So, why is Emotional Intelligence very important? You need to understand that leaders are the emotional thermostats of the team they lead; therefore, to become the chief executive officer everybody loves, you need to become the chief emotional officer as well. Several literature available on bookshelves and online support the idea that a leader’s success comes from his/her emotional intelligence and his/her ability to handle the emotional outburst and inconsistencies of the team members, and at the same time, keep his/her own flow of emotions in check.
If you are a leader who has been searching for answers to why you have not been as effective in your role as a leader as you should be, this book contains all the relevant information on how to become more effective through emotional intelligence and psychological awakening.
Even if you are not a therapist, even if you are taught emotional intelligence is difficult, even if you have failed in the past and you feel as if there is no chance that you’ll succeed again this time, the detailed information in this book will help you boost your EQ and achieve a happier and more successful life.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The Emotional Intelligence Book -- Emotional Intelligence at Work and Emotional Intelligence Leadership by John C. Allen (Author). Great information to start with for someone who has not read about Emotional Intelligence. It goes through the 4 branches of Emotional Intelligence and explains what it is. I had never read anything on Emotional Intelligence so I do not have anything to compare it to, but I wanted to learn. I think it is well written and is a good start to build up knowledge on the subject. I want to be a better leader and I think this ebook is pointing me in the direction to other information on the subject. I feel like I am an empathetic person and really want to learn more. I am glad that I was able to read this and learn the beginnings of the concept.
I received this item free for my honest and unbiased opinion. The discount does not sway my opinion in any way. I will give an honest review for any item I have purchased. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I feel it can be more elaborated but being a short book, the author has really made an excellent attempt at summarising EQ with this erudition and writing prowess. It's a great value for money at this price. The author has made it even more interesting with practice case scenarios.
