Strange writing of a decent story poorly executed. I found it a challenge to slog through the excessive details of their lives and side stories causing boredom. The lack of empathy for Katie who clearly had mental health issues who begged for love was continually thwarted or patted on the head. Give this story idea to an epic writer to come up with a riveting written version. I found no suspense just boredom.
