Two of the primary things I talk about on my page are building balanced plates and power packed snacks, and of course, I give brief breakdowns in those videos of why and how that benefits our body in a positive way. But, I had never done a DEEP dive on the ways in which blood sugar balance and stress management are truly the root of a lot of metabolic conditions we see, sugar is not poison, and you can enjoy the foods you love. What makes me so sad about the nutrition industry is that all anyone has ever taught women is how to diet, but I'm here to change that by helping women learn how to eat and fuel confidently so that they can feel their best.
