Today we talk about vulnerability, loneliness, and abandonment. Today we explore the 10 keys to coping with loneliness. This has been requested topic by my dear friend dear Iris and the topic is one which is very close to my own heart. For those of you who know me you know that there have been periods during which I have felt loneliness. How do we cope with the sensations of loneliness? How do we build resilience through these periods? How do we grow as souls to manage the  challenges and adversity which life presents us?
