Rachel, 30 years old and a Lawyer in Perth, WA chats to me all about her incredibly inspiring transformation over the last 9 months.  After following the 3 Week Body Reset and losing 4 kgs, she thought it was a no-brainer to keep up with this lifestyle as she didn't change her quantities of food at all (just switched up the types), enjoyed every meal and just felt the weight dropping off her. Her sleep also improved and her energy and happiness dramatically increased - which, to her, were her greatest incentives to continue!  It's just another example of someone with a super busy life who has been able to make changes to her eating habits and keep them up!
