On his YT channel with over 11K subs, he helps people who cannot code build their own online businesses with no code tools like Webflow, Airtable and Zapier. Connor comes from a marketing background and then came across webflow in 2018 which helped him spin up landing pages fast. He wanted to get more freelance work so instead of building a portfolio website, he built a directory for freelancers and put himself at the top. He then built this in to the Unicorn Factory, a job board for New Zealand based freelancers.
