Description

Today, my guest is James Abad. You may know James from making killer work for Black Peak, the team behind Wized that recently got acquired by Finsweet. He worked there for two years, and in that time, Black Peak went from being a team of three to 20 people. A few months ago, he said goodbye to Blackpeak to follow a new path where he created his own agency with Alier, otherwise known as Ald, Gallardo. The agency is called Produlis to produce scalable web apps with Webflow. But although he's had an almighty rise, he's also had some setbacks along the way. The failures that we'll talk about are:My first project, my nightmare and the best thing that ever happened to me. Four months of work, but no money.Creating an agency without prior experience of working at one first.Making work my entire life, all day thinking about it and losing myself in the process.HOW TO START AN AGENCY COURSECheck out the Slam Media Course hereWEBFLOW LONDON MEETUP!Buy tickets here!LINKS FOR JAMES?
