Description
The plaintiff says he bought a gaming chair from the defendant, but it was scratched and missing parts. The defendant won’t refund him, so he’s suing for his money back. The defendant says he sold the plaintiff a fully sealed packaged chair, so if it was scratched, it was the plaintiff’s fault.
The plaintiff says he owns a house and rents rooms to veterans. He says he rented a room to the defendant, a Navy veteran, but it turns out he was kicked out of the service and was late on rent. The plaintiff is suing for what he’s owed in rent and damages. The defendant says he did a lot of odd jobs to make up for the rent, so he says he owes nothing.
