Walk-In Talk: Podcast sessions are not recorded in a studio, but remotely in hotels, restaurants, farms or anywhere you will find food and the people that bring that food into existence. We recorded two sessions at Circle C Farms last week. One with Stropharia Mushroom Farm (go to my website and donate to their GFM page-www.TheWalkInTalk.com) and the second was with Nicole Cruz, owner of Circle C Farm in Bonita Springs, Florida. She had a lot to share about the farm life. Nicole gave insight into the realities of natural disasters and the loss of livestock. I greatly appreciate Chef Jeffrey Schlissel accompanying us and taking part in creating the podcast. By the way - shots were fired at the end of the prior episode… Seth from Stropharia Mushroom Farm went full Jersey on whether or not the correct saying is GRAVY or SAUCE!  The answer is sauce, of course.
