Description
In today’s episode, Emily is sharing 5 ways you can immediately improve your life. You don’t have to make massive changes to see a difference in your life. It actually only requires taking a few actions and doing little things every day. You must intentionally decide how you are going to live your life, and consume content that will help lead you to the life you desire. Listen to podcasts, read books, talk to a friend or family member who will uplift you and encourage you to follow your dreams. Remove anything that is toxic, that includes people, tv shows, even a job. As hard as this may be, do not wait on this, your life is waiting for you. If you want to feel alive from the inside out, you must nourish yourself. Loving yourself looks like choosing healthier options and you can start small here. Switch out your soda for water. Pay attention to how you are feeling after consuming your meals and see if you need to adjust anything to guarantee what you're eating is making you feel your best. These are just two topics discussed. Listen to hear the rest of this very helpful episode.
