Description

The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend and they share a child. She says he co-signed on a car loan because she has five kids, but then he showed up demanding that she give him the vehicle. The car was towed and given to the defendant, so she’s suing for all the money she put into it. The defendant says he put down the deposit and paid off the loan, and his ex refused to let him see their child. He’s countersuing for bills he paid for her.
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, who has eight kids. He says one of the kids broke his aquarium and damaged other items, and they’re such slobs that the plaintiff now has a rat problem. They even egged his siding. He’s suing for all the damages. The defendant says the plaintiff harasses him and calls the police on him when his kids leave toys around.
