It is the middle of October and the crazy holiday season of Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are on us hard and fast. This is a crazy time of the year and we tend to just not mind our own nutrition and health needs to just "get through" this time of year.And then we find ourselves at the doorstep of January 1st and we make all kinds of promises to ourselves to make our health a priority and lose at least 10 pounds and then we don't.But what about the idea of making that promise to yourself in Mid-October, to make some small lifestyle changes now so that come January 1st, you won't feel so far behind the 8 ball and starting at an even higher weight.I say, let's lose 10 pounds by January 1st!
