EPISODE 115 - Clark, Hyung, and John open the show discussing the newest promotion SGC is offering to grade any card from the 2023 Topps Series 1 for just $9 and wonder if any other grading company might follow suit.
Then in the Hobby Headlines segment, the guys go over some of the statements made by Michael Rubin, Fanatics CEO, recently during the Fullsend Podcast, specifically regarding the trading card industry. They go more in depth about their thoughts on Rubin's plan for the hobby and where he intends to take it in the next few years.
Afterwards, they play another round of Overrated/Underrated with the theme this time focused on subsets or insert sets such as the Rookie Debut cards in Topps Baseball, Future Stars in Topps Chrome, the Manga case hits in Panini Prizm Football, and the Fast Break cards in Panini Prizm Basketball.
Finally, they finish the show off with the regular "Pick One" segment where each host names two cards or sets, and then debate which one they would rather invest in.
