Description

The plaintiff says he met the defendant on a dating site, and they were together for 11 months. The woman reportedly used the plaintiff’s credit card for a car rental, but she won’t pay him back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists she paid off the car rental in full, but the plaintiff kept it longer and used it. The defendant refuses to give the plaintiff another dime.
Then, The plaintiff says he cut the defendant’s lawn at two of his properties for an entire summer season, but he hasn’t been paid, so the plaintiff is suing for unpaid wages. The defendant claims he was dissatisfied with the plaintiff’s work, and he is countersuing for harassment and breaking an agreement.
