Jason Gonzalez is the owner and head personal trainer of The Lab Training Studio, located in my neck of the woods in the Salt Lake Valley! Jason is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Range Mobility Specialist. He also holds certifications as a Weight Loss Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. Jason, like us, had the gym that he was working at to shut down during the pandemic, for an undetermined amount of time. He made a quick pivot in his training and career, did more online virtual training, and transitioned his unfinished basement to The Lab! His focus is helping people look, feel and perform better. His programs are customized to fit his clients’ needs, through athletic training, injury rehabilitation or weight loss. In 2022, he created and branded his own pre-workout, with the intention of delivering a high-quality pre-workout without all the bells, whistles, and gimmicks.
