My buddy Cameron Morgensen asked about podcasting, so I brought my stuff over on a Saturday morning. When I hit record to "test it out", I pulled out my list of questions, and he realized I had bamboozled him into being a guest! We captured an amazing conversation! Cameron is a great friend. He is smart, very articulate, and has some great stories to tell. Today, we talk about his nutrition and why he started fasting, his service in the Army, and the joy of riding bikes. Cameron also talked about gratitude, love, and kindness, which are all so important.
