Description

When we make space for our healing, we usually say yes to it so that we can have more space for the things that bring us joy.  And we often think about the many people or things in our lives that might distract us from our joy.  But I want you to get curious about the ways that your jar isn’t full because you - yes you - might be the one in the way of the spaciousness you need?   When we’re honest with ourselves, we can create change.  When we behave like everything is okay, even when it’s not, we move through the world with that false reality and we make our decisions from that false narrative.  In this episode, we’ll compassionately explore what gets in the way of your full jar and we’ll share ways you can begin to fill yourself up.   Share with me, how are you going to begin filling your jar? Share your thoughts on this episode with me and tag me @yasminecheyenne on Instagram.   My book, The Sugar Jar, is available for pre-order! There’s a chapter in my book called “The Strong Ones'' that goes deep into this topic and provides tools to help you begin to heal in this area.  And while you wait for your book  to arrive, I’ve created a 4 part course to help you continue your healing journey now.  Click Here to get your copy!

As a teacher and writer of self-healing work, I’ve learned that hearing other people’s stories helps us release, heal, and grow. The Sugar Jar Podcast episodes will include conversations and stories from people all around the world sharing their healing journey. I’ll also have episodes where I share what I’m learning (or unlearning) around my self-healing journey.
