So many of us identify with our body's and we are often our own worst critics. But what if instead of being mean to yourself or constantly feeding yourself with negative self talk, you could be your own best friend? What if you could instead go forward in your day with a mindset of appreciation, of self respect, of knowing your worth OUTSIDE of what your body looks like?
