Description

We expect so much of our bodies and sometimes it feels like they can let us down. We expect to have regular cycles, get pregnant, carry a child to full term, deliver them, nurse them, and then care for those babies and ourselves and everyone else around us! As women, we also can be ten different sizes in a year and be healthy at every one but learning to appreciate your body at every shape and stage can be more difficult. Rather than focus on the difficulties our bodies face, we want to practice gratitude for all that they do for us and for others.
Practicing gratitude for our bodies can lead to healthier eating, happier mindsets, and more intentional movement in our lifestyles. Brittany shares what she learned from The Gratitude Diaries and Paris talks about her experience postpartum. We truly are so grateful for all that our bodies do for us and we want to give back to them.  We hope that this episode inspires you to recognize the gifts you receive daily from your body.

We are two young moms that are committed to loving motherhood because we believe that it is something to be enjoyed, not just endured. We want to cherish the sweet moments and be present during the hard ones while we grow alongside our children. As we have entered motherhood, we have found so much comfort and value in conversations with women in all different stages of motherhood and We are here to share those conversations so we can grow together and embrace all of the joy modern motherhood brings.
