Description
So many of us are in relationships and commitments where we know things aren’t a fit but we stay out of hope. And we don’t want to let go of our hope, because if we do, we’ll be left with the pain and disappointment of our reality. In this episode, I talk about the freedom, love, and acceptance that’s also possible when we’re honest about our reality. A HUGE part of calling our power back means being honest about what’s draining us. And holding on to relationships for what we believe they could be rather than being honest with ourselves about what they are is one of them. Share with me, how are you learning to let go of commitments and relationships that don’t fit? Share your thoughts on this episode with me and tag me @yasminecheyenne on Instagram. My book, The Sugar Jar, is available for pre-order! There’s a chapter in my book called “Finding Freedom Through Acceptance'' that goes deep into this topic and provides tools to help you begin to heal in this area. And while you wait for your book to arrive, I’ve created a 4 part course to help you continue your healing journey now. Click Here to get your copy!
